1. Print and fill out the appropriate Registration Form:
   • For Group Classes (new students)
   • For Tutoring / Private Classes (new students)
   • For Children (new students)
   • For AP (new students)
   • Membership forms (for membership renewals & new students)
   • For ALL CONTINUING students
   • New students: Send in appropriate registration form and membership form. Please write a separate check for membership.
   • Continuing students: Send in form for continuing students and a membership form if you are renewing. Please write a separate check for membership.
2. Include the cost of books if needed (see Books for details).
3. Mail your Registration and check or checks to
